As a young brand we are looking to build a stronger presence in local and international markets and continue to build on our success for further growth. We are now looking for a high performing Sales Executive to join the team and lead the sales focus across the Wholesale & Showroom channels. This is a chance for a proven sales person to come and utilise their outstanding sales skills, customer service and organisational capabilities to grow with this business.


The Sales Executives purpose is to sell Jasmin Sparrow product seasonally, successfully manage NZ retail accounts & our global PR and sales partners, and ensure that the jewellery is showcased to customers, both in our showroom and in-store at our partners, ensuring a beautiful “on brand” aesthetic is experienced at all times.  This is an autonomous role looking to leverage your sales drive in a supportive environment. To complete the role successfully you’ll be driving go-to-market sell-ins, increasing indent sales, improving visual merchandising, resolving customer issues, managing showroom experiences and up-selling wherever possible through the season. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and wider team to ensure there is an ongoing turnover of stock into the market. 


You’ll bring your wholesale and/or retail sales experience know-how to this vibrant role where your customer-centric ethos will shine through in every interaction and touchpoint you make, and you’ll have a demonstrable skill for over-achieving targets. You must have outstanding communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. This is a small team, so a hands-on willing to help approach is also key. The successful applicant must be available to travel as needed.
