The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, growing the customer database, revenue growth, maintaining and growing new & existing wholesale accounts, order dispatch, answering customer queries along the way and resolving all returns, exchanges or repairs quickly and efficiently.
This role drives the online brand strategy – encompassing all EDMs, social media platforms and website to drive a continuous improvement focus across all digital platforms to deliver a stronger brand experience and reach. You’ll also manage wholesale account sales, showroom appointments, press loans and inventory.
You will be driven by getting things done, setting high standards of accuracy and performance, with the ability to work independently and self-motivate, as well as part of a team.
Previous experience using Shopify, Mailchimp, Excel, Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram for Business would be advantageous, but not essential.
